Using VisuTry

What can I do with VisuTry?

VisuTry helps you choose glasses online with three connected tools: Face Analysis for frame direction, Glasses Try-On for custom product images or screenshots, and Compare for quick side-by-side preset frame previews.

Should I start with Face, Glasses, or Compare?

Start with Face if you do not know which frame styles suit you. Use Glasses when you already have a specific product image. Use Compare when you want to test several built-in frame shapes quickly.

Do I need to install an app?

No. VisuTry runs in your browser on desktop and mobile.

Credits and pricing

What can I do with one free credit?

You can run one face analysis, one custom glasses try-on, or one frame inside Compare. This gives trial users a real product experience before buying credits.

How many credits does Frame Compare use?

Frame Compare uses one credit per generated frame. A full 4-frame comparison uses up to 4 credits. Failed generations are not charged.

Is the Credits Pack a subscription?

No. The Credits Pack is a one-time purchase. Purchased credits do not expire.

Results and privacy

Where can I find completed results?

Generated try-on images and task results are saved in Dashboard History according to your account retention plan.

What if a generation takes a long time?

Keep the page open while the task is processing. If it takes longer than usual, you can also check Dashboard History later for completed results.

Is my photo private?

Your photo and generated results stay private to your account. VisuTry uses uploaded images to generate your requested analysis or try-on result.
