Using VisuTry
What can I do with VisuTry?
VisuTry connects four products: a free on-device Face Shape Detector, an AI Glasses Advisor for personalized recommendations, Virtual Try-On for product images or screenshots, and Frame Compare for side-by-side preset looks.
Which VisuTry product should I start with?
Start with the free Detector if you do not know your face shape. Use Glasses Advisor for a personalized shortlist, Virtual Try-On for a specific product image, and Frame Compare for several presets.
Do I need to install an app?
No. VisuTry runs in your browser on desktop and mobile.
Credits and pricing
What can I do with one free credit?
You can run one Glasses Advisor report, one custom Virtual Try-On, or one frame inside Frame Compare. The Face Shape Detector is always free and does not use credits.
How many credits does Frame Compare use?
Frame Compare uses one credit per generated frame. A full 4-frame comparison uses up to 4 credits. Failed generations are not charged.
Is the Credits Pack a subscription?
No. The Credits Pack is a one-time purchase. Purchased credits do not expire.
Results and privacy
Where can I find completed results?
Generated try-on images and task results are saved in Dashboard History according to your account retention plan.
What if a generation takes a long time?
Keep the page open while the task is processing. If it takes longer than usual, you can also check Dashboard History later for completed results.
Is my photo private?
The free Detector processes its photo in browser memory and does not send it to VisuTry. Photos uploaded to Advisor, Try-On, and Compare remain private to your account.
Need help with a specific task?
Contact support with your account email and task ID if a result looks wrong or remains processing longer than expected.
